What to include for faster assistance

To help us diagnose and fix problems quickly, please include:

• Device: Which device model you are using (e.g. iPad Air, iPhone 15 Pro, Pixel 9, Galaxy Tab S9).
• OS Version: Your iPadOS, iOS, or Android version (found in your device Settings).
• EulerPad Version: Found at the bottom of the in-app Settings screen.
• A screenshot or photo: If EulerPad graded a step unexpectedly or you saw an error, a screenshot helps us reproduce it immediately.

Refunds & Purchases

All in-app purchases (such as credit packs or monthly subscriptions) are billed and processed directly by Apple through your Apple ID or by Google through your Google Play account.

Because Apple and Google handle billing security and customer privacy, developers cannot directly issue refunds or modify your store account transactions. You can request a refund directly in just a few clicks:

Apple (iPad & iPhone)

1. Go to Apple’s Report a Problem page (https://support.apple.com/HT204084).
2. Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
3. Under "What can we help you with?", select "Request a refund".
4. Select EulerPad from your purchase history and submit your request.

Google Play (Android)

1. Go to Google Play’s Refund Request page (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637) or view your Order History.
2. Sign in with your Google account.
3. Find the EulerPad purchase, select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem", and submit.

Common Questions

How do credits and subscriptions work?

EulerPad is free to start. Every new account receives starter credits on install, plus an allowance replenished every day. If you need more credits for extra practice, you can choose what works best for you: subscribe for an expanded daily allowance plus monthly bonus credits, or purchase one-time credit packs starting from $1.99 that never expire.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you switch to a new device or reinstall EulerPad, open EulerPad, tap the Settings gear icon, and select "Restore Purchases". As long as you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google Play account, your purchases and balances will sync.

Which devices work with EulerPad?

EulerPad is available on iPad (iPadOS 17 or later), iPhone (iOS 17 or later), and Android devices (phones and tablets). Writing with an Apple Pencil, Samsung S-Pen, or stylus provides the most natural feel, but finger writing is fully supported on any touchscreen.

Why was my handwritten step flagged?

EulerPad checks the mathematical equivalence between consecutive steps. If a step contains an algebraic error, an invalid arithmetic reduction, or an incorrect sign, EulerPad highlights that specific line so you know where your reasoning diverged.
